Weleda Arnica Bumps and Bruises Skin Salve

What it is
Weleda Bumps and Bruises Skin Salve is the ideal natural remedy to relief muscular pain and prevent bruising. Local application of this arnica ointment as soon as possible after an injury helps to reduce swelling and bruising. Arnica Montana is a small herbaceous perennial indigenous to Central Europe. In folklore shepherds reported that sheep and goats living in the mountains, when injured in falls from the mountainside, would eat Arnica. Even in cases of severe injury animals would soon be back on their feet fully recovered. The shepherds themselves also tried the plant and found that when injured in falls the plant helped a speedy recovery.

How to Use
Apply Weleda Bumps and Bruises Skin Salve to the affected area 3-4 times daily with gentle massage. Check that the tube seal is not broken before first use. Pierce the tube seal with point in end of cap. Immediate application will help prevent the development of bruising. WARNING: Do not apply where the skin is broken. If redness or itching occurs discontinue use. Do not use if you are allergic to any ingredients or are pregnant or breastfeeding. For external use only. Discard 3 months after first opening.

Active ingredients: 1g of ointment contains: 0.1ml of tincture from Arnica (equivalent to 0.048g Arnica montana L. fresh whole plant). Extraction solvent: Ethanol 90% v/v and Purified Water. Also contains: Wool fat (Lanolin), Sunflower Oil, Olive Oil, Wool Alcohols, Yellow Beeswax and Ethanol.  v
