HMD™ Dosage Guidelines

HMD (Heavy Metal Detox) is a unique natural formula developed by Dr. George J. Georgiou after extensive research.

It is specifically designed to aid in the detoxification of heavy metals from the body.

Alongside HMD, Dr. Georgiou also introduced LAVAGE, a herbal drainage remedy, and ORGANIC CHLORELLA, a binder that chelates heavy metals once the HMD pulls them from the cells.

Dosage guidelines for these products are crucial for their effective and safe use.

For HMD, the general recommendation for adults is 45 drops three times daily, in a little water, away from food.

The LAVAGE (25 drops three times daily) can be added to the same glass.

The ORGANIC CHLORELLA can be taken with meals or snacks – 2 capsules twice daily, morning and evening.

Chronic Disease Patients

In cases of chronic diseases, it is best to start the HMD with a lower dose and gradually increase it, allowing the body to acclimatize to the detoxification process.

Typically, adults might begin with 10 drops three times daily, gradually increasing to 45 drops three times daily by adding one drop per day.

Adults with neurological diseases are highly recommended to begin with only one drop, and add one drop x three times daily every day until they reach the recommended dose.

For children, the dosage is usually adjusted according to their weight as indicated in the table below.

When administering HMD and LAVAGE, it is essential to hold the dropper VERTICALLY when counting out the drops, for accurate dosing. Holding at an angle will likely administer more than he recommended dosage and each bottle will last less than recommended.

ADULTS

HMD™ (Heavy Metal Detox)

Take 45 drops x 3 times a day.

Take 10 – 15 minutes BEFORE meals and mix with a little water or fruit juice, even though it does taste sweet.

Make certain that you are drinking at least 8-10 glasses of mineral water (or filtered tap water) daily – more if you are living in a hot climate, to help flush out the heavy metals and toxins.

Sensitive individuals (with chronic diseases, neurological problems, and autism spectrum disorders) can start on a lesser dosage – you may begin with one drop, 3 times a day and increase this dose each day by one drop until reaching the optimal dose.

HMD™ LAVAGE

Take 25 drops x 3 times a day.

This can be mixed into the same glass as the HMD™ and taken together 10 – 15 minutes before meals, or away from meals.

HMD™ CHLORELLA

Take 2 capsules [600 mg]  x 2 times a day – with breakfast and dinner.

CHILDREN

Children of two years and over can take HMD™ under the guidance of their health practitioner.

The following dosages are based on weight, but these can be adjusted according to your health practitioner’s advice.

With infants and young children, the parents must work with a health practitioner experienced in detoxification.

It is recommended that you begin with only one drop of the HMD™ before food and watch for any reactions – this is an initial test to see if your child may be allergic to any of the ingredients that it contains.

Some children are very sensitive to certain herbs or may have compromised detoxification pathways, so it is important to err on the side of caution and test.

It is then easy to increase the dosage by one drop,  3 times daily, every couple of days until reaching the optimum dosage, dropping back to the previous dose if necessary.

Children must be encouraged to drink as much pure water as they can manage, to safely flush out heavy metals.

HMD™ Heavy Metal Detox:

Children should take the following number of drops 3 times per day, 10 – 15 minutes before meals. The HMD™ should be mixed with a little water or fruit juice, to taste.

At these dosages, children can generally take the HMD™ for 3 months or more without any undue stress on their detoxification pathways, if combined with the HMD™ LAVAGE and the HMD™ CHLORELLA.

For very toxic children with known heavy metal toxicity, these dosages can be decreased under the supervision of a health practitioner who is knowledgeable in heavy metal detoxification.

HMD™ LAVAGE

Children should take the following number of drops 3 times per day, 10 – 15 minutes before meals. The HMD™ LAVAGE can be mixed in the same glass as the HMD™.
