    Ingredients.

    Gamma Oryzanol (Oryza sativa Germ & Husk), Deglycyrrhizinated Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra Root Extract), Slippery Elm (Ulmus fulva Bark Extract), Marshmallow (Althea officinalis Root Extract), Zinc Gluconate, Aloe Vera (Aloe barbadensis InnerLeaf Fillet Extract), Freeze-Dried Cinnamon Oil Powder (Cinnamomum Zeylanicum Bark Preparation with Modified Tapioca Starch, Potato Maltodextrin, Natural Mixed Tocopherols, Sunflower Oil).

    Recommended Intake

    Half a teaspoon (approx.1.5g), or as professionally directed, stirred directly into water or blended into a smoothie/mixed into yoghurt. Take daily before food, with plenty of water. You can divide the dose to take with each main meal
